Assessment of areas highlighted by leadership with report and recommendations. * Travel is seperate and can be added if desired. There will be situations where travel is necessary because of the nature of the consultancy. This is at the discretion of the consultant and will be advised prior. Price is for a straightforward consultancy and time is estimated - different types of consultancies require different amounts of time/cost, and this will be made clear at the outset.
