About the event
Ian’s vision is to grow healthy missional pastors, churches and denominations. He does this through pastoral supervision, church consultancy, training, and writing.
Dr Ian Duncum is a church & non-profit consultant, working with church leaders to facilitate over 200 churches of various denominations to maximise their growth or deal with issues blocking health. Ian has specialised in church revitalisation and has seen several churches double, and a church of 10 become a community of 120. Alongside this, Ian provides consultancy for denominations and training for ministers; he is an adjunct lecturer. Having held denominational roles in church health, Ian is currently training a group of church consultants from various denominations. Ian is the author of The Impact of Church Consultancy, which quantifies the difference consultancy makes on both growth and vitality.
