ADVANCED LEADERSHIP SKILLS
This Advanced Leadership Skills program is designed for leaders in congregations and Christian organisations facing the complexities of change, growth, and transition. Through 11 interactive training days, participants will explore key drivers of church health, effective leadership models, mentoring and empowering others, vision development, and leading change. The course also covers practical topics such as governance, conflict resolution, staff relationships, ministry transitions, revitalization, and self-care for pastors. There will be a significant emphasis on missional leadership and connecting more strongly with your local communuty context.
This course includes a detailed assessment of your leadership strengths and three individual coaching sessions.
