ADVANCED LEADERSHIP SKILLS
This Advanced Leadership Skills program is designed for leaders in congregations and Christian organisations facing the complexities of change, growth, and transition. The course is ideal for individuals who have held leadership positions for a minimum of three years. However, those with more extensive leadership experience will also find it most valuable, as it comprehensively examines the components of effective, sustainable leadership that are often not covered in foundational qualifications. The course is suitable for those who have been involved in leadership roles for at least three years, although those who have been leading for longer will definitely benefit since this is a comprehensive .
