ADVANCED LEADERSHIP SKILLS
This Advanced Leadership Skills program is designed for leaders in congregations and Christian organisations facing the complexities of change, growth, and transition. Through 11 interactive training days, participants will explore key drivers of church health, effective leadership models, mentoring and empowering others, vision development, and leading change. The course also covers practical topics such as governance, conflict resolution, staff relationships, ministry transitions, revitalization, and self-care for pastors.
This course includes a detailed assessment of your leadership strengths and two individual coaching sessions.
Led by Dr. Ian Duncum—an accomplished pastor, team leader, author, consultant, leadership trainer & lecturer, Regent College Vancouver mentor, and pastoral supervisor with more than 20 years’ experience and over 160 church consultations—this program is grounded in proven leadership models and current research in church health. Ian focuses on building strengths and providing leaders with practical tools to enhance ministry and organisational effectiveness.
