Conflict will arise. The question is 'how we will respond?' You will gain strategies for the prevention of conflict, for building healthy teams, skills for diagnosing and intervening in interpersonal and organisational conflict, and learn to discern when and who to refer to when conflict escalates. Dr Ian Duncum is a trainer, adjunct lecturer, author, pastoral supervisor and consultant. He has completed over 160 consultancies and mediations and trains church consultants, denominational leaders, pastors and other Christian leaders. Video is from a live training day and is over 4 hours in total (but is in sections for course purposes).
