If you want to hone your leadership & skills, sustain ministry long term, manage boundaries, maximise your gifts, lessen conflict, explore interpersonal interactions and help more people, you are in the right place!

Ian has been mentoring and coaching Christian leaders for many years, and this personal and skill development has helped many to take up significant church or para-church positions. Some years ago Ian added pastoral supervision to provide a supportive space for pastors/ministers/leaders/chaplains to reflect on ministry practice, and develop as a person and a minister (Member Australian Christian Mentoring Network, Member Australian Association of Supervision, St Mark's Recommended Supervisors List, Member European Mentoring & Coaching Council, Member International Mentoring Association, authorised supervisor for most denominations and chaplaincy/SRE organisations such as Generate and Korus Connect).

After delivering hundreds of mentoring and supervision sessions with pastors, chaplains, denominational leaders and emerging leaders, pastoring, and consulting with many churches, I understand the complexities you face in leading yourself and others.  And I can confidently say that together we can navigate a way forward! You can find out more about me here.

"Pastoral Supervision is a regular, planned intentional and boundaried space in which a practitioner skilled in supervision (the supervisor) meets with one or more other practitioners (the supervisees) to look together at the supervisees’ practice; a relationship characterised by trust, confidentiality, support and openness that gives the supervisee freedom and safety to explore the issues arising in their work."

Association of Pastoral Supervisors and Educators in the UK

"Christian mentoring is a dynamic, intentional relationship of trust in which one person enables another to maximise the grace of God in their life and service." John Mallison
